What is The Sample Shoppe?
The Sample Shoppe is a curated collection of gowns by The White Magnolia Bridal Collection previously used as sample gowns available for purchase off-the-rack at a discounted price.
Can I make an appointment?
Yes! We are now offering private appointments outside of our normal walk-in only hours on Thursday-Sunday. During these appointments, you will work one-on-one with one of our knowledgable bridal stylists and have one of our private bridal suites reserved for you and your guests. To book one of these appointments, please visit:
Do I have to have appointment?
Nope! We have walk-in only hours as well, so feel free to swing in at a time below that is convenient for you! We do limit the number of guests you can bring with you to 3 people for a walk-in.

Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday 12pm-4pm
Saturday 10am-5pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
*Please note that because we operate as a walk-in boutique during these times, there may be a wait before trying on. Additionally, our consultant will be floating from bride to bride and one-on-one attention may not always be available.
May we bring champagne?
To avoid spills and maintain the integrity of the product, we do not allow outside food or beverages of any kind in our store. However, we are happy to provide bottled water upon request!
Are kids allowed in the store?
We love little ones, but due to store policy, we do not allow children in our shop. We have several heavy mirrors, racks, and other heavy decor items placed throughout our shop. We are a small space with intimate bridal suites; noise travels through our walls and we are unable to fit strollers in our suites.
Where do the gowns come from?
The gowns were previously used as sample gowns for brides to try on at one of our seven White Magnolia boutiques (Jacksonville, Savannah, West Palm, Tampa, Atlanta, Nashville & Greenville) as well as our sister shops Magnolia Laine in Smyrna and Malindy Elene in Tampa. 
Which designers will be available?
There will be a variety of gowns from all designers carried in each of our seven boutiques. These include Hayley Paige, Lazaro, Modern Trousseau, Anne Barge, Allison Webb, Watters/Willowby/WToo and more! The number of gowns per designer will vary. Feel free to contact us if you are looking for a specific gown!
What condition are the gowns in?
We have over 400 sample gowns and have chosen the best quality gowns for sale in the boutique (roughly 250 in store). Some gowns may look brand new while some gowns will show signs of wear and tear, but can easily be repaired in the alterations process and/or cleaned.
How often do you get new gowns?
We will be receiving gowns from our boutiques at least every other month. We do our best to make sure we always have at least 200 gowns in stock to choose from.
How much do alterations cost?
Alterations typically cost anywhere from $500-$900 depending on how much work is needed to repair and fit the gown perfectly to you. (We have seen dresses altered for much less and much more than that range!) We have a list of recommended seamstresses whom you may contact for quotes if you are interested in working with them.
What size gowns are available?
The majority of our gowns range from a bridal size 8 - 16; however, we may have a select number of smaller or larger sizes available as well. 
Do you place gowns on hold?
Unfortunately we are not able to place a hold on gowns and they are 'first come, first serve', so make sure you come prepared to purchase a gown if you fall in love with it!
How do I pay for my gown?
Gowns must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and the National Change shortage, we can not accept cash until further notice. If payment is made by check, pickup of the gown will be delayed by a week. 
Do you have accessories?
Yes! We have a collection of bridal sashes/belts, jewelry, and veils.
Do you accept returns?
All IN STORE purchases are final and we are unable to accept any returns. ALL ONLINE purchases are eligible for return and a full refund is issued (excluding shipping) if merchandise is returned within 7 calendar days in the condition it was received in.
