Found your dream dress but can’t make it to The Sample Shoppe in person? No problem! Our collection of designer sample wedding dresses is available to shop both in-store and online, and we’re happy to ship your gown directly to you.

Because our gowns are one-of-a-kind samples available off-the-rack, we encourage you to carefully review the gown details, size, condition and return policy before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, your gown will be prepared for shipment to the address provided at checkout. Shipping rates are based on the total value of your purchase:

Orders up to $1,000 | $50 shipping

$1,001–$2,000 | $75 shipping

$2,001–$3,000 | $100 shipping

$3,001–$4,000 | $125 shipping

ONLINE RETURNS
We understand that purchasing your wedding dress online is a big decision! Eligible online purchases may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
  • The gown must have been purchased online
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • The gown must be returned in its original condition

All in-store purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.

ONLINE REFUNDS
Once your eligible return is received and inspected by The Sample Shoppe, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. A return confirmation and receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
