Oxford Street 1168

Oxford Street 1168 is a ballgown with a layered, hankerchief skirt lined with a horsehair edge along each layer. It has beaded spaghetti straps and big floral lace applique on top that gradually spaces out more through the bottom half of the skirt. The lace applique has is lightly sequined and the neckline is a soft, v-neck plunge.
